This page covers 415porter.com and the 415 Studios app. Almost everything here is made by Porter Bliquez. The one place other people's words can show up is a sound shared from the app, which can carry a name the sender typed.
Music you bring into 415 Studios stays on your phone and is never uploaded, so it is not something this site hosts. The 415 Studios terms cover what you do with it.
Report infringement
Email porter@415porter.com with the subject "Copyright notice". A notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)) needs:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorized to act for the owner.
- The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The material you want removed, with the exact URL.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
A notice that has all of this gets the material taken down, and the person who posted it is told when there is a way to reach them.
Counter-notice
If something you posted was taken down and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address with the subject "Counter-notice". It needs what 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) lists: your signature, what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you live (or any district where 415porter.com may be found, if you are outside the US) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice.
Repeat infringers
Anyone who is the subject of repeated valid notices loses the ability to share through this site and the app wherever they can be identified.
